We collect only what’s necessary: your name/email if you contact us or subscribe, plus standard analytics data (IP, browser, cookies via Google Analytics).

We use it to reply to you, improve the site, send updates (if you opt in), and process any orders. We never sell your data.

We share only with trusted providers (hosting, email, payments) under strict contracts, or when required by law.

Cookies: essential for the site to work; optional ones for analytics. Manage or disable them in your browser or our consent banner.

Security: industry-standard protections (SSL, etc.). No system is perfect.

Your rights: access, correct, delete, or opt out anytime—email [email protected].
CA residents: we don’t sell your info.
EU/UK: GDPR rights apply.

Third Shift Projects Terms of Service

1. Acceptance.
By using thirdshiftprojects.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, close the tab and touch grass.

2. Services.
We provide hand made tools. Everything is delivered “as-is.” We’ll try our best, but no guarantees of perfection.

3. Your Responsibilities.
- Don’t be a jerk. No spam, hacking, scraping, or illegal nonsense.  
- Provide accurate info when you contact us or buy something.  
- Pay on time if there’s a fee.

4. Intellectual Property.
Our content (text, images, code, vibes) belongs to us. You get a limited license to view it. Don’t steal, resell, or claim it’s yours.  
Anything you submit (ideas, files, feedback) becomes ours to use however we want, royalty-free.

5. Payments & Refunds.
Prices are listed. All sales final unless we explicitly say otherwise. No chargebacks unless we truly screwed up.

6. Limitation of Liability.
We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or your bad life choices. Max liability = what you paid us (if anything). Caps at $100 if you paid nothing.

7. Termination.
We can kick you off the Site anytime for any reason. You can stop using it whenever.

8. Governing Law.
United States of America. Disputes go to small claims or chill arbitration—no class actions.

9. Changes.
We can update these Terms. Keep visiting = you accept the new ones.
